and time attendance. Employees may gain access 24/7 via the
internet - getting access to their own personal profile, job information,
leave records and utilization, service history, training & development
needs, key result areas & key performance indicators and performance
Access is via Employee Self Service (ESS). You will need a
log in name and a password. You will be able to view, access
and update selected fields in your personal profile. Leave
application via ESS improves lead-time and increases productivity.
Setting of KRAs and KPIs in January and performance reviews in July
and October lead to effective performance management.
